Terms of Use
Last updated: June 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Skyguard Digital website and to any information you submit to us through it. By using this site or sending us an enquiry, you agree to these terms.
Using this website
The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. We do our best to keep it accurate and up to date, but we can’t guarantee it’s complete or free of errors. Prices shown are starting points and may vary depending on exactly what you need — we’ll always confirm the price with you before any work begins.
Submitting your information
When you send us an enquiry through our contact or quote form:
- You confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you’re entitled to share them.
- We’ll use your information only to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Submitting an enquiry doesn’t create a contract or commit you to anything — it simply starts a conversation.
- We provide a written quote and a contract before any paid work starts. No work begins until that’s agreed and any deposit is received.
Quotes, contracts and payment
Any quote we give is based on the information you provide and is valid for [30 days — adjust if you prefer]. The specific terms of any work, including the scope, price, deposit and timings, are set out in a separate contract we send you before starting. For most projects we take a deposit of 50% up front, with the balance due once the work is finished.
